1 Delivery Conditions
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available

- Full advance payment is available through Payment Gateway, bank transfer, and MFS (Bkash, Nogod, Rocket) [*Processing charge applicable].
- Suspicious orders may require advance delivery payment or full payment.
- All the campaign products have to be paid in full in advance.
- Pre-order products require a minimum percentage payment, which will be mentioned on the payment method.

Smartphone, tablet, TV, laptop, big speakers Have different fees, which will be mentioned additionally with the product price. Shop pick-up from any branch is delivery charge free.

1.1.2 Express Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka, 200 taka (*weight under 1 KG)
- Inside Dhaka, 300 taka (*weighs more than 1 KG)
1.2 Delivery Timeline
- Shop Pick-up orders can be picked up on the same day or any working day.
- Orders received before 4:30 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be transferred to the next working day.
- Regular delivery inside Dhaka is estimated to take 1-3 working days.
- Regular delivery outside Dhaka estimated time: 3-7 working days
- Due to any issue, delivery timeline commitment may be compromised.
Rio International has all the rights to modify the delivery policies at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made after product purchase, then the latest policies will be applied. The delivery policy will be effective upon the date of upload on the Rio International website.
