  1.  Return Policies:

Before initiating any return, please read this article carefully. The following article only followed Rio International Ecommerce/website/online purchases. For any kind of product return, the following article will be followed by both the client and Rio International. If any violation or fabrication of rules is found, the return process will be declined.

 

1.1 Primary steps:

  • A full unboxing detailed video is required. The video must be uncut and RAW.
  • Return must be initiated within 72 hours after receiving the delivery.
  • A valid return reason has to be identified by the customer and have to be marked on video evidence.
  • Used product is not eligible for return.
  • Return products must be unused and in original condition, which is highly recommended.
  • The customer has to send back the products at Rio International.
  • Campaign products are not refundable.

 

1.2 Review steps:

 

  • Once the return products are received by Rio International, the review process will start. This may take 3-7 business days.
  • The dedicated QC team will examine the products and give a primary decision. If the decision is negative, then the product will be disqualified for the further process of return and sent back to the customer.
  • After qualifying, the QC approval, the product will move to the solution stage.

 

1.3 Return Solutions:

 

  • If the return product is under warranty, then the following warranty policy will be followed.
  • If the return products get stock out, then an alternative product will be delivered on customer demand.
  • All the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the product has a manufacturing fault, then Rio International will pay the shipping cost.
  • If any price adjustment is needed, then it will be applied.
  • If it is needed to refund, then the refund policy will be followed.

2 Refund Policies:

Once the return process has been passed and approved for a refund, then the following will be followed.

 

  • All the refunds will be given in the same way the payment was made.
  • Refund time may vary by method. This may take 7-15 working days.
  • Pre-payment will be disbursed if Rio International failed to complete the delivery.
  • The refund timeline will be started after the return timeline.

 

The refund process timeline fully depended on the payment gateway and other supporting agencies. Sometimes this process may require more time than usual. We request patience for this.

 

Rio International has all the rights to modify the return and refund policies at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made after product purchase, then the latest policies will be applied. The Return and Refund Policy will be effective upon the date of upload on the Rio International website.
