Rio International can change any order status at any time.
Customer will bear COD charges during COD orders.
The cancellation policy will be applied based on various factors. Those are described below.
Customer can cancel order via website or customer support. If the order has been packed, then the order cannot be cancelled. The customer will not get the refund of the delivery charge, which is cancelled after packing. Please read the refund policy to know more.
Rio International held the ability to cancel any order. If any order gets suspicious, then the order will be cancelled immediately. Some reasons that may lead to canceling orders are out of stock, inapricable shipping area, pricing error, and unable to confirm order over a phone call.
Rio International has all the rights to modify the cancellation policies at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made after product purchase, then the latest policies will be applied. The Cancellation Policy will be effective upon the date of upload on the Rio International website.
